Travel: The Hotel Del Coronado, San Diego, Day 7

June 24, 2012 -- After a very eventful Saturday, me, AP, and Enrique needed a calm Sunday.  We decided to travel to Coronado to have lunch, walk the beach, and get some ice cream.  AP's niece, Meredith, joined us as well.  The Hotel Del Coronado is an icon of Coronado Island.

We had lunch overlooking Coronado Beach, the nation's #1 rated beach for 2012, at the Sun Deck Bar & Grill.  The weather again was perfect, the BBQ pulled pork sandwiches delicious, and the view beautiful.

After lunch and a stroll on the beach, we traversed the neighborhoods off Orange St., taking in the gorgeous homes.  Where do people get this kind of money?  Seriously?

Getting near the end of our visit, there was only one thing more to do -- find some ice cream!
